the story of this haus

In 2022, we were led to this place when the family that had built and owned this place decided to entrust it now to its next destined steward.

Their father built the original structure in 1974.
That was definitely before what Poblacion has turned out to be today.

Were you already born in 1974?

It had several rooms which nav🥕tas has decided to bring together. We took down the dividing walls to achieve bigger communal and functional spaces.

But nav🥕tas was also keen on preserving whatever it could by retaining special portions like the baby stairs one could easily find upon entering the main door.

Speaking of that door, yes, that one’s an original too!

So is the pocket garden and the door that leads to it!

But our favorite so far is the wooden flooring in some of the haus sections.

With the help of our wonderful friends from Stroca, Inc.,

we were able to enrich this place with good design for both the personality and purposes of nav🥕tas.

Just like any home, we hope that this place will make you feel comfortable, warm, and nourished.

For really we only have one thing in mind

— that is to inspire you how our everyday and seemingly mundane lives
